Zunnania’s Book: “Black Santa” From A New Perspective, the first publication in a 24-part graphic novel series

A chilly night, nosy neighbors, and a suspicious blizzard blanketing the neighborhood in fluffy white snow. Santa’s barley escapes, but not without leaving something behind.

Who really is the man who brings so much joy and joy across the world, and are the rumors true? It’s time we found out.

Zunnania’s book “Black Santa” is the first publication in a 24-part graphic novel series. Have fun right from the start as Santa Claus hatches his top secret plan to bring peace and happiness to all children in every neighborhood of the world. But, as with any journey, there is a risk; Luckily, Santa has his fantastic family helping him navigate the treacherous behind-the-scenes twists and turns.

The author, Zunnania, is a mother, artist and educator. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Like other parents, Zunnania looks for images that represent and respect her child’s image, experience and environment. As an artist, she seeks opportunities to create such moments of reflection.

The Santa Claus folk tale is an intriguing story that is physically and figuratively everywhere. Wherever you celebrate the holidays, you can’t avoid Santa Claus. You’ll meet him at the mall, see him at the supermarket, sit next to him on the train, and he’ll even star in your favorite TV show, and he’ll encourage us to participate. Unfortunately, there isn’t much (if any) diversity in the visuals around the Santa Claus story, and as a result, many young people feel left out of the Santa Claus story.

“Growing up, I didn’t live in a house. I had no fireplace. So how could Santa Claus reach me in my 21-story apartment? The anguish of wondering if he was even planning to come was extraordinary. Santa Claus didn’t look like anyone I knew and the children he visited didn’t look like me either. – Zunania.

This reinvented story of Santa Claus makes room for diversity and highlights the family business. Each series is linked to a digital version of NFT, encouraging financial literacy and investment for families. A subject that deserves to be in the spotlight during the expensive holiday season.

It’s time to see Santa Claus from a new perspective.
